«Pasta!»

When I'm bored and hungry, I make pasta.

My favorite is bowtie pasta.

So what I do is bring the water to a boil, slide in the little bowties, BOIL, drain, put back into the pot, add butter, add parmesean, and then mix.

It's so good. You should eat it sometime.

Hey, Mr. DJ

Techno, techno, techno. Why are you so great?

Anyway, I just got back from Taco Bell. It was pretty fun. I learned one very valuable thing. If you take pictures with a flash on in a public place, be prepared for people to turn and look at you.

I saw some very interesting folks there. I saw a college guy that look almost exactly like Spiderman. I saw a guy that look like a clone of my teacher, but with different colored hair. I also saw a lot of... interesting couples (in frat shirts)?

Well, it was a great time. That's the point of me writing this.

Today was such a happy day. Free pizza at lunch, pep session(okay, this is a minus), dating situation is looking up a bit, and other stuffs... it was just enjoyable. Ryo and Tiffany should get here soon. I can't wait. What great icing to a Friday evening!

Quadaunt & Heisei.

Last night I went out to dinner. Of course, since food was involved, I had a great time. My dad took my sister and I to a restaurant called Heisei. It is REALLY good. There is a sushi bar, traditional floor seating, and then your regular tables to sit at. We ended up being seated at one of the tables. I have already done the sushi bar and floor sitting thing. I got the menu and started looking at the well-presented pictures of the dishes. I chose to get this huge dinner combo meal. It came with chicken liver dumplings, (I didn't know what these were until I already ate them)teriyaki chicken, potato salad, miso soup, salad, various tempera, cabbage, and this stuff that looked like deep fried bacon. I had a GREAT meal. I definitely want to go there again sometime. Not only is Heisei stylish, it is Deee---Lish---us.

After eating dinner, the waitress asked us about dessert. (d) We all decided to try green tea ice cream. It was so good! It went perfectly with the green tea of our meal. I am guessing that the green tea we were given to drink with our meal was real. Ryo is always telling me that real green tea is hard to acquire in America, and now I think I have. He tells me that they take a paste and mix it with water to get the authentic green tea. By the way the tea was, (with little leaf pieces floating around in it) I am guessing that it was the authentic stuff. I'll have to check with Ryo on that one for sure though.

After eating at Heisei, we went to my aunt's house to spend the night. It was a good time. She babysits these quadruplet and they were there too. They are in 6th grade now and they are so funny. They liked to play games a lot though. We played Clue, (I won) Spoons(x3), computer games, and pool a couple times. It was a pretty fun time.

Ryo got me into this program for Pocket PC called Advant Go. It is really cool. It feeds news to your PPC every time you sync it with your computer. It is fun to sit on the bus in the mornings, listen to music, and read the morning news. It is a good start to the day.

I hope my T-shirt comes today from Flash Flash Revolution. They sent it out three days ago first class mail. It should arrive soon.

I have to check the mail!!!!

Fast Food

I am sort of fond of fast food, but not as fond of it as some obese Americans are.

I won't eat McDonald's because you never know what you're going to get. It is not like a box of chocolates because even though you don't know what you are going to get, you will enjoy it. McDonald's is different. Sometimes, you can get a horribly disgusting, dry sandwich. Those are very depressing and nauseating to get.

Burger King deserves appraisal. I love the char-grilled flavor their burgers have. I have to make sure they didn't put onions on though. What disgusting breath onions give you. The chicken nuggets at Burger King definately top McDonald's. McDonald's fries may beat Burger King but Burger wins when it comes to nuggets, burgers, chili (well, beat Wendy's at least), and desserts.

The choice is clear. Go to Burger King and be happy.

Don't even get me started on the appalling Wendy's. Eeeeeewwwww.

Korea

I went out to eat last night with my aunt. It was a fun time. I really enjoyed the authentic experience I got.

We went to a Korean restaurand calle Gaza Grill. It was SPICY and delicious!

We entered the resteraunt and we were seated. We decided to try to sit in the authentic seats, so off we went. Of course, we had to remove our shoes before going to the formal seating area. In this area, the seats are small "L" shaped peices of pliable wood with cushions on the bottom of them. The chairs were placed around small tables about knee-high. We snuggled down into the chairs while the host told us a breifing on Korean food and explained how the restaurant was set up.

I ordered Korean Miso soup, my aunt ordered a seafood fried rice, and my sister ordered steamed clear noodles. My favorite of the three dishes was my own, then my aunt's, then last, my sister's. Hers kind of tasted a little strange. She didn't really eat much of it either.

Before your food comes, they give you four different apetizerish dishes to feast on while waiting. There were fish cakes, broccoli, potatoes (pickled), and then this really spicy dish that was made out of cabbage. I can't quite remember the name of it.

Besides the prices and long wait, the Gaza Grill was a great place to eat.

Now, I must mow our lawn.
